ITEMS THAT ARE FREE WITH PAID SHIPPING ARE NOT VALID FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

We cannot accept returns at this moment due to the high cost to manufacture these jewelry pieces with on-going promotions.

*We may be able to replace an item in extreme situations, but cannot initiate refunds at this time.

Exchanges: 

Did you decide that you want a different color or another promotional item? As long as the item hasn't been shipped already, contact our customer service by emailing info@rogueluxury.com to initiate the exchange. This must occur in the first 24 hours!

If for some reason your jewelry becomes defective in the first 7 days, we will send you a replacement free of charge, as long as you can provide ample evidence (photos) as well as a description of what happened.
